If you receive damaged or incorrect flowers, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

Ordering & Delivery
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired bouquet, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. You can also call us or visit our store to place an order in person.
For same-day delivery, order(s) must be placed before 10:00 A.M. Online and 11:00AM call in store.
Local Delivery: 0-15Km $16.99
15-25 km $26.99
Long Distance (26km 35km) $36.99
36km -45km $46.99
AM/Before Noon express; 8am-12pm $30.00
( applies to 0- 25km.) For 26km to 35km $50.99)
Normal delivery After 5PM/Evening: 5pm-9pm (normal distance rates)
Express: within 3 hrs $51.99
