Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Your flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or incorrect.
  • Your order was not delivered on the selected date (except for delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability).
  • You received an item significantly different from what was ordered.

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a resolution.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom floral arrangements, wedding bouquets, or event flowers.
  • Orders where incorrect delivery details were provided.
  • Flowers not properly cared for after delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the delivery time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers are prepared fresh.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you were approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:
